GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The keeping of animals by keepers of animals within the municipal limits under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Licensing Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of animals within the municipal limits carrying on the keeping of animals shall furnish Form C to the Development Authority within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of animals within the municipal limits carrying on the keeping of animals shall make an application in Form C to the Development Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of animals is undertaken, and the Development Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
