GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The holding of Government land on lease by lessees of Government land under the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Estate Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall furnish Form H to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application in Form H to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of Government land on lease is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Maharashtra.
