GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of process by bailiffs under the Bombay Court Fees Act, 1959, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sheristadar, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bailiff carrying on the execution of process shall furnish Form H to the Registrar within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bailiff carrying on the execution of process shall make an application in Form H to the Registrar within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of process is undertaken, and the Registrar shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Maharashtra.
