GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The construction of buildings in a vulnerable area by owners of a building in a vulnerable area under the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Civil Defence Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building in a vulnerable area carrying on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area shall furnish Form H to the National Executive Committee within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building in a vulnerable area carrying on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area shall make an application in Form H to the National Executive Committee within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area is undertaken, and the National Executive Committee shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
