GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The storage of inflammable goods by owners of a warehouse of inflammable goods under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall furnish Form B to the Civil Defence Controller within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application in Form B to the Civil Defence Controller within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of inflammable goods is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
