GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The supply of stores by contractors supplying stores to the Force under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Staff Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall furnish Form A to the Director-General within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application in Form A to the Director-General within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of stores is undertaken, and the Director-General shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Karnataka.
