GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies under the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Pay and Accounts Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall furnish Form GFR 19 to the Controller General of Accounts within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Controller General of Accounts within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the implementation of a scheme is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Maharashtra.
