GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a lift irrigation scheme by owners of a lift irrigation scheme under the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a lift irrigation scheme carrying on the operation of a lift irrigation scheme shall furnish Form A to the Canal Officer within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a lift irrigation scheme carrying on the operation of a lift irrigation scheme shall make an application in Form A to the Canal Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a lift irrigation scheme is undertaken, and the Canal Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan.
