GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form C to the Endowments Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form C to the Endowments Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Odisha.
