GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a home stay by operators of a home stay under the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1966, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tourist Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a home stay carrying on the running of a home stay shall furnish Form II to the Heritage Committee within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a home stay carrying on the running of a home stay shall make an application in Form II to the Heritage Committee within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a home stay is undertaken, and the Heritage Committee shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
