GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of court auctions by court auctioneers under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every court auctioneer carrying on the conduct of court auctions shall furnish Form A to the Registrar General within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every court auctioneer carrying on the conduct of court auctions shall make an application in Form A to the Registrar General within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of court auctions is undertaken, and the Registrar General shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
