GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The safety of a school building by owners of a school building under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Fire Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall furnish Form D to the National Authority within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application in Form D to the National Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the safety of a school building is undertaken, and the National Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
