GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The collection of donations for a charity by collectors of donations under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every collector of donations carrying on the collection of donations for a charity shall furnish Form G to the Board within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every collector of donations carrying on the collection of donations for a charity shall make an application in Form G to the Board within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the collection of donations for a charity is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Odisha.
