GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of inflammable goods by owners of a warehouse of inflammable goods under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall furnish Form H to the State Executive Committee within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application in Form H to the State Executive Committee within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of inflammable goods is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
