GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Officer, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form G to the Licensing Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form G to the Licensing Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Licensing Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
