GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The exhibition of films by exhibitors under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every exhibitor carrying on the exhibition of films shall furnish Form VII to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every exhibitor carrying on the exhibition of films shall make an application in Form VII to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the exhibition of films is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
