GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The teaching in a recognised school by teachers under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector of Schools, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall furnish Form B to the Government of Gujarat within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Gujarat within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the teaching in a recognised school is undertaken, and the Government of Gujarat shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Gujarat.
