GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of information by public authorities under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Public Information Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every public authority carrying on the holding of information shall furnish Form H to the State Information Commission within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every public authority carrying on the holding of information shall make an application in Form H to the State Information Commission within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of information is undertaken, and the State Information Commission shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Karnataka.
