GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector of Endowments, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form G to the Registrar of Societies within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form G to the Registrar of Societies within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Registrar of Societies shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Odisha.
