GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The sale of court fee stamps by stamp vendors under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every stamp vendor carrying on the sale of court fee stamps shall furnish Form B to the Taxing Officer within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every stamp vendor carrying on the sale of court fee stamps shall make an application in Form B to the Taxing Officer within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of court fee stamps is undertaken, and the Taxing Officer shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
