GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Service as a civil defence volunteer by civil defence volunteers under the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall furnish Form A to the Director of Fire Services within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall make an application in Form A to the Director of Fire Services within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which service as a civil defence volunteer is undertaken, and the Director of Fire Services shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
