GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of an institution by institutions under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every institution carrying on the running of an institution shall furnish Form A to the Board of Secondary Education within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every institution carrying on the running of an institution shall make an application in Form A to the Board of Secondary Education within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an institution is undertaken, and the Board of Secondary Education shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Gujarat.
