GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sponsoring of a competition by sponsors of a competition under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall furnish Form C to the Sports Authority within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall make an application in Form C to the Sports Authority within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sponsoring of a competition is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Kerala.
