GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The development of a real estate project by promoters under the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Estate Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every promoter carrying on the development of a real estate project shall furnish Form D to the Housing Board within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every promoter carrying on the development of a real estate project shall make an application in Form D to the Housing Board within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of a real estate project is undertaken, and the Housing Board shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Maharashtra.
