GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Emergency Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall furnish Form C to the Relief Commissioner within three days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form C to the Relief Commissioner within three days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the Relief Commissioner shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
