GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a cruise vessel by operators of a cruise vessel under the Tamil Nadu Maritime Board Act, 1995, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Port Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a cruise vessel carrying on the operation of a cruise vessel shall furnish Form 3 to the Inland Waterways Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a cruise vessel carrying on the operation of a cruise vessel shall make an application in Form 3 to the Inland Waterways Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a cruise vessel is undertaken, and the Inland Waterways Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
