GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a child care institution by child care institutions under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Case Worker, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall furnish Form VI to the District Magistrate within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall make an application in Form VI to the District Magistrate within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a child care institution is undertaken, and the District Magistrate shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
