ORDER

Subject: The preparedness of a hospital for emergencies by operators of a hospital under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a hospital carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall furnish Form F to the District Authority within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a hospital carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall make an application in Form F to the District Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
