GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The use of land for manoeuvres by occupiers of land used for manoeuvres under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Defence Estates Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupier of land used for manoeuvres carrying on the use of land for manoeuvres shall furnish Form A to the Director-General within three days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres carrying on the use of land for manoeuvres shall make an application in Form A to the Director-General within three days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of land for manoeuvres is undertaken, and the Director-General shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka.
