GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility under the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2007, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Relief Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall furnish Form H to the National Executive Committee within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form H to the National Executive Committee within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a critical facility is undertaken, and the National Executive Committee shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Maharashtra.
