GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The production of certified seed by seed producers under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every seed producer carrying on the production of certified seed shall furnish Form D to the Director of Agriculture within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every seed producer carrying on the production of certified seed shall make an application in Form D to the Director of Agriculture within seven days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the production of certified seed is undertaken, and the Director of Agriculture shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Kerala.
