GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The provision of consultancy services to the Government by empanelled consultants under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every empanelled consultant carrying on the provision of consultancy services to the Government shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Procurement Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every empanelled consultant carrying on the provision of consultancy services to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Procurement Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the provision of consultancy services to the Government is undertaken, and the Procurement Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Gujarat.
