GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The distribution of liquefied petroleum gas by liquefied petroleum gas distributors under the Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every liquefied petroleum gas distributor carrying on the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas shall furnish Form IV to the Authority within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor carrying on the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas shall make an application in Form IV to the Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas is undertaken, and the Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Gujarat.
