GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a school library by managers of a school library under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Examination Controller, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a school library carrying on the running of a school library shall furnish Form C to the Government of Gujarat within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a school library carrying on the running of a school library shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Gujarat within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a school library is undertaken, and the Government of Gujarat shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Gujarat.
