GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: Employment in an industry by workmen under the Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Conciliation Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every workman carrying on employment in an industry shall furnish Form VII to the Licensing Officer within ten days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every workman carrying on employment in an industry shall make an application in Form VII to the Licensing Officer within ten days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which employment in an industry is undertaken, and the Licensing Officer shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Maharashtra.
