GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The fire safety of a place of public assembly by owners of a place of public assembly under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a place of public assembly carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall furnish Form A to the National Executive Committee within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a place of public assembly carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall make an application in Form A to the National Executive Committee within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the fire safety of a place of public assembly is undertaken, and the National Executive Committee shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
