GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The letting of premises by landlords under the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landlord carrying on the letting of premises shall furnish Form E to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every landlord carrying on the letting of premises shall make an application in Form E to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the letting of premises is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Maharashtra.
