GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Fire Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall furnish Form E to the State Executive Committee within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form E to the State Executive Committee within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
