GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a village shop by keepers of a village shop under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Block Development Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of a village shop carrying on the keeping of a village shop shall furnish Form 7 to the District Panchayat within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of a village shop carrying on the keeping of a village shop shall make an application in Form 7 to the District Panchayat within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a village shop is undertaken, and the District Panchayat shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
