GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Inspector of Excise, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form E to the Excise Commissioner within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form E to the Excise Commissioner within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Excise Commissioner shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
