GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a dharamshala by keepers of a dharamshala under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall furnish Form F to the Registrar of Societies within three hundred and sixty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar of Societies within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a dharamshala is undertaken, and the Registrar of Societies shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
