GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of evacuee property by allottees of evacuee property under the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1962, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee of evacuee property carrying on the occupation of evacuee property shall furnish Form 8 to the Collector within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee of evacuee property carrying on the occupation of evacuee property shall make an application in Form 8 to the Collector within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of evacuee property is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Karnataka.
