GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The aggregation of transport services by aggregators under the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Regional Transport Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every aggregator carrying on the aggregation of transport services shall furnish Form 29 to the Transport Commissioner within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every aggregator carrying on the aggregation of transport services shall make an application in Form 29 to the Transport Commissioner within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the aggregation of transport services is undertaken, and the Transport Commissioner shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Maharashtra.
