GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a brewery by brewers under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Commissioner of Excise, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall furnish Form F to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brewery is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
