GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The carrying on of a licensed activity by licensees under the Maharashtra Official Languages Act, 1965, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Under Secretary, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee carrying on the carrying on of a licensed activity shall furnish Form D to the Appellate Authority within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee carrying on the carrying on of a licensed activity shall make an application in Form D to the Appellate Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a licensed activity is undertaken, and the Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra.
