GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of a co-operative housing society by co-operative housing societies under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-operative housing society carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society shall furnish Form G to the Competent Authority within one hundred and eighty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every co-operative housing society carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society shall make an application in Form G to the Competent Authority within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a co-operative housing society is undertaken, and the Competent Authority shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Karnataka.
