GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a brick kiln in a village by owners of a brick kiln in a village under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall furnish Form 2 to the Gram Panchayat within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application in Form 2 to the Gram Panchayat within seven days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brick kiln in a village is undertaken, and the Gram Panchayat shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan.
