GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The supply of goods to the Government by registered suppliers under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Pay and Accounts Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall furnish Form GFR 25 to the Public Accounts Committee within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Public Accounts Committee within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of goods to the Government is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
