GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of property on behalf of an owner by property managers under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Estate Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every property manager carrying on the management of property on behalf of an owner shall furnish Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every property manager carrying on the management of property on behalf of an owner shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of property on behalf of an owner is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
