GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of relief works by contractors for relief works under the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall furnish Form B to the Civil Defence Controller within one day.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall make an application in Form B to the Civil Defence Controller within one day, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of relief works is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
